Mediation Sessions
We offer half-day morning and afternoon sessions. We also offer full-day sessions from 10 AM to 6 PM
Morning sessions are held from 10 AM - 2 PM. Afternoon sessions are held from 2 PM - 6 PM
Full-day sessions typically start at 10 AM. There is no time limit on a full day session. Note that a six-hour minimum applies when you reserve a full day session.
If you need to adjust the start time, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just give us a call or send an email telling us what you need.
Fee Schedule - All Mediators
Half-Day Sessions (Four hours) - Half-day reservations are billed at a flat fee of $900 per party.
Full-Day Sessions (The mediator is reserved from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) - Full-day reservations are billed at $225 per party/per hour with a six-hour minimum charge, i.e. $1,350 minimum charge per party when you reserve the full day.
To be fair to all parties, any party who attends mediation will be invoiced regardless of the level of participation.
Other Fees
Cancellation Fees
Where a mediation is not cancelled at least 48 hours (not counting week-end days) in advance, 50% of the minimum cost of the entire mediation will be billed to the party responsible for the cancellation.
Facility Fees
For Zoom mediations there are no additional fees. For in-person mediations held on-site at Ziegler Mediation’s offices, a facility fee of $200 per party is applied.
